If your camper registers for multiple consecutive sessions they will have the option to STAY OVER which allows your camper to stay at camp between sessions with standard camp supervision and special activities. There is an Additional Fee for STAY OVER of $150.00.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 is required to register.
Payments & Cancellations
Cancellations due to illness or injury before camp require a letter from the camper’s physician in order to receive a refund of tuition (less the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations for non-medical reasons will result in a cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable deposit, based upon the date of cancellation. Cancellation fees after May 1st – 25% of full tuition, after May 15th – 50% of full tuition, and after June 1st – 100% of full tuition. Any changes in registration (session, cancellation, flights, etc.) MUST be communicated to our Summer Camp Registrar. There will be a $25 charge for any check returned for any reason.
WE WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE THROUGH PROGRAM PROTECTOR. This is a separate, third-party company not affiliated with Guided Discoveries, Inc. Please note, your only opportunity to purchase this protection is at the time of registration.
