AstroCamp Camper Checklist of Required Forms

Prior Registrations made with a deposit must be paid in full by May 1st. Registrations after May 1st must pay the full tuition.

The AstroCamp camper checklist of required forms for registration helps parents prepare their child for summer camp. It includes camp tuition and fees, camper experience, camper code of conduct, transportation, camp store account, the parent authorization form, health history form and physicians exam. All the required forms and the full tuition are due by May 1st. If you register later than May 1st, you must pay the full tuition and all forms must be submitted as soon as possible.
