Registration for Summer 2018 NOW Open

AstroCamp • One-Week Sessions

Coed Ages 8 – 14

One-Week Session 1:    June 24 – June 30          $1,400 – $1,300 (Before January 31st)
One-Week Session 2:    July 1 – July 7                 $1,400 – $1,300 (Before January 31st)
One-Week Session 3:    July 8 – July 14               $1,400 – $1,300 (Before January 31st)
One-Week Session 4:    July 15 – July 21             $1,400 – $1,300 (Before January 31st)
One-Week Session 5:    July 22 – August 4          $1,400 – $1,300 (Before January 31st)
One-Week Session 6:    August 5 – August 11     $1,400 – $1,300 (Before January 31st)

If your camper registers for multiple consecutive sessions they will have the option to STAY OVER which allows your camper to stay at camp between sessions with standard camp supervision. There is an Additional Fee for STAY OVER of $150.00.

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 is required to register.

Please note: AstroCamp One-Week Sessions run from Sunday to Saturday.

Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

Full tuition MUST be received by May 1st, or the enrollment is subject to cancellation without notice and without refund.There will be a $25 charge for any check returned for any reason. Checks and returned check charges may be submitted electronically. Cancellations due to illness or injury before camp require a letter from the camper’s physician in order to receive a refund of tuition (less the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations for non-medical reasons will result in a cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable deposit, based upon the date of cancellation. After May 1st, 25% of full tuition. After May 15th, 50% of full tuition. After June 1st, 100% of full tuition. Any changes in registration (program, session, cancellation, flights, etc.) MUST be made in writing and sent by email, mail, or fax. Verbal changes and cancellations will NOT be accepted. YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO PURCHASE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE THROUGH PROGRAM PROTECTOR. This is a separate, third-party company not affiliated with Guided Discoveries, Inc. Please note, your only opportunity to purchase this protection is at the time of registration.
